RS AK-301 Lower Modular Mount

This thing is great. I used it to mount an Aimpoint CompM3 to my Arsenal Sam7-SF. Before I bought this I went with a lower cost ( but still high quality) mount from another manufacturer. I was displeased with it because it did not center the optic over the bore of my rifle, so I had to shell out and get this and the corresponding 30mm ring. It is expensive, but the locking mechanism is rock solid, the flip lever is easy to adjust to your required tension, it slides very easily over my factory installed receiver mount, it's adjustable and it's made in the USA--so probably worth the price. The finish is outstanding, and while it is nicer than my AK's finish, it matches the Aimpoint's satiny matte finish very well and does not appear out of place. The forward biased design naturally provides great eye relief, and with the ring mount at least, room for further adjustment to the front or rear. I had my reservations about the two piece design, functionally and aesthetically, but once I mounted this on my rifle, I couldn't be happier. Buy once, cry once.

Probably one of the best claw mount for the AK47/74 . Only issue I had was the spring lip was not seating right , therefore making it kinda hard to remove and install. It scratch my ak a little but was a quick fix buy simply flipping the spring upside down and putting it the proper position. Problem fix a now function like it should.

Great product very light and durable, mounted on a c39v2 with an AK master mount, have a rs akr as the top peice and a Burris fast fire 3 optic mounted to that, been out to the range a few times now and everything is still holding strong. Just remember to locktite your screws down! I cannot stress that enough!

does what it should

Not much to say. If you have an AKM with a side rail you need an RS system. The 301 is low profile, not bulky and perfect for any red dot sight

This is the only piece of equipment I would use to run a red dot on an AK-47. Love it!

don't buy those cheap ones. they mount too high, you can't get a good cheek rest. But this one is so good! it mount very low, perfect cheek rest.

Fits great and locks up solid. It also looks fantastic on the gun.
