KT Tape, Original Cotton, Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 16’ Uncut Roll

Great tape, easy to use and stays in place.

Granddaughter loves it for soccer.

I liked that it is a thin tape and can easily worn under socks. It is rather sticky so you want to make sure to leave some paper on the ends to apply it, ( like a band aid). I also found the smell a bit off putting. I was using it to provide support for plantar fasciitis and kept it on for 48 hours on both feet, including during a 4-mile walk the second day. However, I have since learned that keeping the plantar fascia in a stretched or static position, which I was doing with this tape, may not be helpful for this condition, according to Dr Angela. (short, active stretches are better for long term cure). It felt okay the first day but did not seem to make any difference the second.

It works great and always meets my expectations.

I like the Un-Cut KT tape much better than the Pre-Cut. When I was ordering the Pre-Cut, I ended up cutting off 1/4 of the piece...I just didn't need it. I then tried the Un-Cut and was surprised at how much longer my tape lasted compared to before. This is excellent tape. It sticks until I take it off as long as I don't have cream on my skin. If I have cream, I need to wipe my shoulder where I use the tape before I apply. Otherwise, it will slightly peal at the edges. It makes all the difference in the world in the way my shoulders feel. I need the support and this definitely helps.

The product did its job but when I removed it it left a mark from the adhesive and I still have marks even a week later.

I've tried several brands of kinesiology tape. (Not really sure wha that word means.) I use them on my knee, torn meniscus, and on my ankle/foot for plantar fascitis and achilles tendonitis. This one is crucial as a well anchoring and supportive base tape that can be enhanced by a lighter strapping tape.I get huge relief from it.
