Cord length with a little short but charging speed is good functionality is good build quality is good and the value for the money was good all in all I was impressed

I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one that experienced issues with this product and brand. I just decided to break this charger out 3 months after the return window closed. I wanted to test it out to see how it matched up to my 65W fast charger and it doesn't. I had my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra set at 20% battery life. I plugged this thing in, and my tablet reads that it'll take 4 hours, 41 minutes to fully charge. I immediately replaced it with my 65W charger and it read 1 hour, 10 minutes until fully charged. Is this product tested for defects before before being sold to consumers and how is this company allowed to continue as a seller? Do yourself a favor, avoid this product company. There's a QR code one the side of the charger for a 1-year warranty registration, but I don't even trust the company's warranty plan after this unpleasant experience.

Great product that charges quickly within an hour at an empty batter, I'm charged up to 65%, so completely charges in a little less than two hours

The charging brick seems to be alright but the cable sucks, it will not do ultra fast charger with this cable. It also seems like Cable will only charge if it's flipped in one orientation. Tried it with multiple OnePlus phones and it will just barely charge either phone. Switch to a different cable from Anker and it works just fine

Very good charger

I did have the problem that other people had and that it kept saying slow charging. My tablet is definitely being stubborn and not charging well with most chargers. But this charger charges everything else I put on it at an appropriate rate for the item that I attach to it.
