Super Fast
Works great. Its the fastest data transfer cord I own. Videos that used to take me 10-15 minutes to transfer now take 30 seconds max. Super useful for a quick transfer. Also super high quality material. Not cheaply made or cheap feeling at all. Highly recommend after all the research into these things I did. By far the winner.

Quick Enough & Usable
I got this for a Mac Mini M4 and a iPad Pro. After figuring it out, my wife copied photos and videos to it much quicker than with a USB-A. It is new so longevity is an unknown.

Fast and reliable.
I've noticed that some USB-C SD readers (I have a bunch) don't like to stay connected to my primary PC, but this one never seems to drop connection and seems to maintain fast and uncorrupted data streams. I move a lot of data to and from SD cards, and this has really been an excellent buy -- I do, however, wish it had both a regular SD and micro SD slot -- but that does not prevent a 5 star rating.

UPDATED - Found the problem - was The one I received constantly stopped working
I received one of these readers and used it several times, but I found that it constantly stopped working.Unplugging the reader and then re-plugging it got it working again, but then it would stop working it again, so I am returning it.This was "used-like new", so I don't know if they are all have this problem, or if I just got unlucky.EDIT: I think that I've found the cause for the problem I was seeing, for Windows 10, at least:It looks like, for this reader, when it is plugged in, it appears as a reader (in the system tray), but is grayed out. Then when you insert an SD card, Windows systray shows the SD card under the reader, but the reader is UN grayed and the card is grayed out, so the only one you can select to eject is the reader, and after you click on eject the reader, Windows doesn't notice the reader again when you insert a card into the reader, UNLESS you unplug the reader from the USB port.I compared this to several other (different brand and model) USB SD readers I have, and they all allow you to eject the SD card in the systray and if I do that, then later I insert an SD card, the card is recognized.I did find a way to eject the card such that the reader still recognized when cards are inserted... Instead of ejecting the reader in the systray, I right clicked the SD card "drive" in Windows explorer, and if I do that, then the reader still recognizes cards when they are inserted. So this reader is behaving differently, and, in my opinion, incorrectly. Other than that it functions correctly, so I changing my rating to 4 star.

Incredible upgrade from standard microsd
Insane speed upgrade, from 15-25 minutes getting off the camera to 1-3 minutes with this separate card reader. To go with this, I got the Lexar 256GB microSDXC UHS-II card. I record roller hockey games while I referee and play and upload to Youtube, can find some searching for Peoria Sportsplex. I use a Xiaomi Yi 4k camera set to 1080p60fps. About 45 minutes of video is like 15-20GB depending on the medium or high quality setting. I was using a 128GB SanDISK Extreme PLUS V30 microsd. I was simply connecting to my computer with the camera hooked up to USB. It would take about 15-25 minutes to get the videos off of my camera. Now I take the microsd out of the camera, plug it into the reader and it takes 1-3 minutes to get the videos onto my PC. I wish I didn't wait this long to upgrade. Extreme time saver. I also wish they didn't make it so hard to actually find UHS-II microsd cards.
