First time I purchased the " fireland " which faded after a while but still the colour was brilliant, bright& vibrant. Now I bought the " copper blonde " and I was aiming for the aburn colour and I am very happy with the product. No harsh smell or itchy scalp.

💯 Grey hair coverage with N shades
My review is based on 7N Hazelnut Blond.Easy to use and the box comes with everything you need including gloves.I applied the mixture and combed it though for even coverage, then wrapped my head in cling film and left it on for 40 minutes.I wasn't expecting the greys to all be covered but they were. The colour looked nice although it was darker than I expected, not so much blonde as hazelnut, hence my 4 star rating and not 5.Having said that, I'd use the same colour again because it does cover grey & looking at some of the reviews for the lighter colours they don't seem to fare so well. You don't have to use this for the whole head, there are instructions if you just want to do a root touch-up.Update: The leaflet in the box says that for BEST GREY HAIR COVERAGE use the Natural N shades, Mahoganies M or coppers C. Check the FAQ if you're not sure as there's lots of information for grey hair coverage as well as the mixing of colours.Update update: I also tried 8A Ash Blonde: Lovely colour and covers grey very well. Having said that I did leave the colour on for 40 minutes.I've recently tried 8N Wheatgerm Blond which is a lovely colour and covers grey 100%. Not as dark as the Hazelnut Blonde.NATURAL (N) shades are perfect if you wish to keep your natural tone. ASH (A) shades will add a cool tone to your hair and are ideal for counteracting 'brassiness'.

FRIED strawberry blonde hair
* * * * * * * * *UPDATE 28/05/2015:See comment #2 below on how I fixed my hair if you have experienced similar problems.* * * * * * * * *My natural hair colour is a neutral, medium blonde, pretty much exactly like the lovely lady on the packet. So after getting a few lighter blonde highlights for the summer, I thought I could go back to my natural colour using Naturtint 8N, which also promised to be less damaging than conventional hair dyes. Now I'm not stupid. Despite the cleverly phrased allusions to natural ingredients, Naturtint is not BASED on natural ingredients, it CONTAINS a few plant based extracts. They also simply replace ammonia with phenylenediamine, which is equally harmful, but hey, now they can claim that it's ammonia free. I knew all of this before I used the product, but since it contains a smaller amount of harmful chemicals than standard hair dyes and received many glowing reviews on various websites, I decided to give it a try. What could possibly go wrong?Maybe I am stupid. I should have stopped as soon as I saw the colour of the colourant: bright red (which later turned into a very warm yellow after mixing it with the colour developer). Yes, this isn't supposed to be ash blonde, but this dye is waaay to warm/golden, there has to be at least a hint of blue/violet pigment in order to achieve a neutral shade. But hey, who am I to give someone a lecture on basic colour theory? So I trusted the professionals and the reviewers and these were the results:PROs:- smells more like a conditioner than hair dye- did not burn as much as conventional products- even coverage + colourCONs:- FRIED my hair. Literally. It became so dry that I couldn't comb it without risking to break off several strands, even after using the multiplier (conditioner) that was included in the packet- brassy, unnatural, much too light strawberry blonde instead of a neutral medium blondeSince both my natural roots and the lighter blonde highlights ended up a light strawberry blonde, it's definitely not due to my previously coloured hair, but due to the product. I left it on for the maximum amount of time, because I could see that it was turning very brassy at first and the longer I left it on, the less brassy it got, but after 45 minutes the colouring process had run its course and I was left with strawberry blonde, fried hair. My hair has NEVER been in such a bad shape (and believe me, I experimented with all kinds of perms and dyes when I was a teenager) and I could kick myself for trusting a supposedly natural and gentle product blindly. Now I have no other choice but to go to my hairdresser who will probably have a laugh.

Great product
I have been using Garnier Nutrisse for years, but recently came out in a rash after using it. I’m not ready to stop dying my hair, so thought I’d give this a go. Did a sensitivity test first and all ok. It has a very natural smell, covered my hair well and didn’t dry it out. The quinoa mask to use afterwards is great, and also smells natural. Went a couple of shades lighter (9N) than usual (Garnier 8N) and it worked well. No hint of a rash or itchiness so will definitely be using this again.

Colour not quite right....
I like that this hair dye is natural but unfortunately, this colour came out gingery on my medium brown hair which is what I was trying to avoid. I wouldn't call it dark 'ash' blonde, more light 'gingery' copper. I still might try one of the others.
