My puppy loves it, and since he's 6 months old and weighs 40 pounds, it's a great value with the ingredients I was looking for.

Pups loves this but can’t eat no more due to chicken but Blackwood is good but going to try another brand that is chicken free

I switched my frenchie over to this brand, and it did it over a bit of time but now he’s on only this Blackwood and his stomach is constantly upset, and he has diarrhea and the worst farts. There also was a weird item in our bag.

Purchased 15 lb. bag for 5 m.o. pup to try and she ate it without any problems. Quality ingredients and brand was highly rated by pet food advisor. Individual kibbles are smaller than type found in usual food purchased in-store locally (e.g., Wellness) so it doesn’t work that well for food-based training, but nevertheless recommended for meals.

I have an 8 month old Aussiedoodle who was previously on purina pro sport. However he kept having diarrhea so we switched him to the salmon and rice with purina and the same thing, that is until we came across this dog food. I have to say hands down we have had no problems, he loves the food and his bowel movements are nice and firm.

When we first brought our puppies home, we tried multiple puppy kibbles. This was one of our favorites, but we ended up opting for one that allowed more kibble (cups-wise) per day.
