Blackwoods kibble is more costly but the reward of quality kibble can clearly be seen in the healthy coats and bright eyes of my dogs. Their breeder has been showing Poms for 30 yrs with countless champions and grand champions. Raising and showing Pomeranians is her hobby, her day job is a dietician for the health department. Different breeders prefer different foods but my advice is spend the extra💲give your fur family member good health and use Blackwoods kibble. DON'T OVER FEED! Follow the directions for your breed and the proper amount for size and weight. Over feeding unhealthy weight. Overweight issues cause serious health problems and shortens life span. 🐾

My babies love it, it's healthy for them and affordable for me. Enough Said. Lol

I started buying this because I saw a really good deal once. I mean it was too good even, something like 27$ for a 30lb bag shipped to my door, of what would normally be 50+$ from Acana or Taste of the Wild.Then the price went up.Then I noticed my dog was not doing so well on the stuff.He was throwing up periodically and being sluggish, not his usual self. Slept a LOT more (he does sleep a lot, but I can tell the difference between lazy dog and sick dog).Initially I chalked it up as 'its probably something else'. So I bought more of this food. Dog did not get better.So I ran down to Tractor supply and bought some more Taste of the Wild, because remember the price went back up on this, so now its basically the same.My pet hasn't thrown up since, and he still sleeps, but has his perk back.I thought, maybe it isn't the food. But it is the same type of food I have always gotten him (buffalo, grain free) since he was 3 months old.So in summation, we would need to do some real science to see if it were the food or the dog, but since he isn't throwing up anymore now that he's on his old food again, I'm going to have to give this a 3 stars.I'd give it 2 stars but I can't prove it was the food making him sickly. I cannot give it 4 stars, because I haven't any proof that the food is good or bad.

Has a slight odor but I have it stored in a bin and don’t smell it. Dogs breath may be a little fishy but I love how it made his coat look. The only thing is that it is expensive and the it fluctuates in priced all the time.

My dog had severe allergies causing chronic ear infections and loose stools, as well as skin sores. Switching to this dog food has cleared EVERYTHING up and my dog loves it! 1 cup twice a day for my active 3 year old lab.

My dogs enjoyed it, and the price was right. However, one of my dogs developed really bad allergies after switching to this for a couple weeks, so I won't be buying again. He originally had food allergies, which is why we've been using Grain Free, but this has something in it that really set him off. They all ate it fine though, so if your dog isn't prone to allergies it would probably be fine.

Good value and made in US. My dogs aren’t picky also I cant testify to that

My picky pup likes it! I only wish I had bought more when it was first introduced as now it is slightly pricey for me.
