Solid construction
This bar made switching between bands, handles and jump ropes quick. I use it for the TB12 work outs and it make exchanges easy during the 20 second recoveries.

Sturdy, Hardware definitely was included
Reviews of the other sizes said hardware was included, but it was there, though admittedly tucked away in the packing material and easily missed. Otherwise, sturdy product and perfect for gym equipment.

Not worth it.
Not worth the money ,just a piece of unistrut painted with bolts covered by rubbberizred protestors , I would have returned but I opened it after I set my gym up ,Lesson learned.
