Gentle Souls by Kenneth Cole Women's Bella Ballet Flat

These are cute shoes that appear to be high quality overall. In general they have a comfortable feel, with a nice insole and some arch support. I agree with other comments that the heel is a bit loose. Worse than that for me, the front of the shoe is really squishing down uncomfortably on the top of my foot. I do have wide feet, but often wear regular medium-width shoes. Since they're leather, I'm hoping that these might break in to get the extra comfort in the front of the foot, although I don't know how much I can wear them in the meantime. I have a shoe stretcher that I'll probably try on these. The metallic color is nice. I just want them to fit better! I think they'd be a good option for narrow/medium feet, and you might consider sizing down slightly to help the heel issue. Or plan to put one of those little heel stickers on the inside. I'd probably skip these for wide feet.

The wife gives her review:These Gentle Souls Bella flats arrived beautifully packed in their shoe box.The black rounded toe flats have a white rubber sole with a leather upper and back tab detail done in camel. The leather is smoothly finished and there are no visible imperfections.They have arch support and something called poron performance cushioning which I think just means the shoe is padded.There is ample room in the toe box, and heel cup. Whether this is do to the shoe running a little larger than standard or just the effect of the rounded toe and ballet style of the flat I can't say.They are a very comfortable shoe and the arch support is welcome. It's a good looking flat, certainly nicer with skirts and dresses than a trainer, but similar in comfort. Just lovely.Looking forward to wearing these this summer.
