The media could not be loaded.  I have well water and for years we had been buying jugs and jugs of deer park waters until I found this! It fits right on our counter next to our coffee maker. It is long and doesn’t take up too much space. It is not only economical but tastes so good! I’m so impressed; with our water being well water it always smells and this amazing filtration system takes away all chemicals and makes the best water for me and my family. Our parents always comment on how fast, good, easy it is to use. You won’t regret it!

Everything about this unit is pleasing. The shape is such that it just blends into the kitchen. The reservoir tank is good size but well designed with a handle that inspires confidence while carrying full yet exceedingly comfortable in the hand. The noises the machine makes are quiet and tonally pleasant. The buttons and operation are intuitive and the water it produces is superb.If there was any con for me it would be it isn’t offered in mat black. A wonderful easy to use machine and well worth the money.

The Sim Pure countertop water purification solution works well, no fuss, no mess, easy to setup, use, and maintain. You can have pure water in any room in the house without needing faucets or water pipes in the room. You simply fill the reservoir with water and start using it. There is no fussing or messing around, very quiet and clean.We were looking for a quick water purification solution for our house, we wanted it to be non-intrusive and easily moved around. We wanted easy filter changes, and yet, with all the ease... pure water too. This solution works well for us, its similar to the britta filter pitchers in how we use it, however produces much better water. The ease of use is still there, and the ability to move the unit around the house is nearly as easy, only requiring an outlet nearby.We also ran into a small problem with our unit, reaching out to customer service, and received prompt responses within less than a day. Our Sim Pure system has been working well ever since.This company has built a great product, is more than willing to provide full support, and cares about their customers.

All in all this is an excellent countertop water filter. It is easy to set up an easy to use. It makes tap water taste great! It has a compact and sleek design and works exactly as advertised. I have owned it for eight months and have had zero issues. It is slow to filter, I fill several reusable water bottles in the morning and that seems to work well. It would be nice to be able to custom select your chosen water amount. It also needs a handle on the rear of the unit so when you have refilled the Reservoir, there is a grip to be able to place back against the counter wall. Overall, I would recommend this product. It is well suited for those that are renting and unable to install an under sink unit.

When I read it had a UV filter, that became a must! I would love to see inside and view the storage. Lots of wondering there about how much is there and is it clean. The UV really assures me. I am impressed that it Does Not Drip at all. When it stops, not 1 more drop is visible or lingering. Absolutely no mess. Yea! Most others want you to dispense 1 glass at a time and the dispensing spout physically limits the size of the glass. It comes with a little stand for a glass with a drip reservoir that magnetically hugs the machine! Nice! But I want a small caraf for table, coffee machine, cooking etc. This machine less restrictive. I would like a programable dispensing setting though! There are a 6 - 12 - 16 oz buttons and the 'flushing' does let larger amounts flow. The flushing cycle needs better instructions, i am still a little unsure about it. I flushed the system once and it worked well and I had to use many cycles to get vinegar out as the instructions say. I taped the instructions to the machine as I would need to review them in the future.I would love to know how much is stored inside. I always want to know and see stuff. I watch the reservoir get lower but there are still mysteries.The reservoir is well designed, as is the handle as well. The reservoir can be removed & cleaned!!! Good job there! The plastic seems ok, But I worry about it crashing during fillups so I taped the edges with clear packaging tape reinforcing for any future cracks. The amount of water you have to toss seemed very small compared to the filtered water dispensed. I tasted the toss out water and it was not too bad - slimy and salty with gypsum. I am sure it will be fine for the initial wash cycle of my top loading clothes washer. Less guilt about putting bad water on plants. I usually fill up 6 or so carafs a day, so tossing into the washing machine works out well for me.I have had it for 2 months and am happy with it. I got the replacement filters but haven't had to use them yet. We use water from a well that has some gypsum in it and i worried about early filter changes. So far all is well and I appreciate not hauling water from the store each week. The noise is reasonable and only while you use the water & it has to filter more into the inside storage reserve tank. Generally it sleeps quietly until I wake it up. Since it Only needs electric and Not any water plumbing, the machine stays out of the kitchen, but conveniently located for when I refill my carafs. I use empty 'Simply Lemonade" plastic bottles - good size, easy to fill, not too heavy and easily replaceable. 1 glass at a time doesn't work for me. I'm happy with this machine and may consider a whole house setup from them in the future.
