Great for small leaks
If you're someone who normally wears a pad so that you don't accidentally wet your pants if you sneeze, cough or just leak a little before you make it to a bathroom, these are a perfect solution for you! They really feel like regular underwear with just a little padding. It's nice to not have the extra pad you stick in that moves around and gets misshapen. This moves with you better. And then, whether you wet them or not, you just throw in the wash like your normal underwear. They'll save money and peace of mind.

Good for emergency
This will not absorb as much as an actually diaper but its good for an emergency. Feels like any normal underwear and it's not bulky.

Fits true to size
I normally wear a size 16 pants and XL panties. I got the XXL just in case these run a little small. These panties are soft and stretchy and true to size. I could have gotten the XL and they would have fit perfect. The XXL still fit well and are extremely comfortable even when I am boated.I really like these. They are so soft, but still a good breathable material. They absorb really well too. These were perfect for my light to medium flow days. I even wore these overnight with no added protection with no leaks!I just throw them in the wash with my towels since they should be washed without fabric softener. I have washed these multiple times on a regular cycle and they have held up perfectly. They are well made. These are going to save me so much money not having to buy as many disposable products. I am very happy with these.

Pleasantly surprised
So I have to say that I am surprised at how comfortable these pantys actually were. They aren’t bulky where the “pad” is in the crotch. They have full coverage and aren’t right around the legs. I can’t speak as to how absorbent they are, but you don’t even realize that you have them on. I recommend these and will be buying more.

3-Pack Washable Absorbency Underwear
When I first opened them I thought they would be uncomfortable as they are much higher waisted than what I normally opt for but they were actually surprisingly comfortable. I haven't been brave enough to try these on a heavy flow days but for light days for just some backup leak protection they provide great peace of mind. After washing they are good as new. They are mostly made of cotton so they are breathable. I found them to be true to size. Overall I would say I've been pleased with these.

More comfortable than I expected
When I first heard of washable and reusable period panties a while back, I was honestly kind of grossed out. Unless you plan on changing them regularly every two to three hours, it sounds terribly unhygienic to me. Nonetheless I decided to try them when I was offered the opportunity.I personally have been wearing them as a backup with my regular protection of tampons for the first couple days when my flow tends to be heavy. I also may use them as over night protection for the last day or so when I generally don't need a tampon while sleeping but worry that I might leak when I get up.As for quality and comfort, I really like them. They appear to be very well made and despite the thick extra fabric in the crotch that I'm not used to, they are quite comfortable. I will definitely be wearing these every month when I need them. I may even get brave and try them sans tampon on a day that I'm off work next time my period rolls around.

Comfortable, money-saver
If you occasionally have an issue with incontinence - say from an unexpected strong sneeze or cough - these panties are a life saver ... and money saver. I have saved a ton of money since I no longer buy thin daily-wear just-in-case pads. I do love the comfort of both the waist and leg bands. I don't even know they are on.And they launder perfectly. I wash them in cold water and dry on low. These are a real blessing for any age - not just for "old" folks. I would recommend them to anyone - even those without incontinence issues - they are far more comfortable than regular panties.

Washable Incontinence Panties
This struggle is daily for many of us! The Battewa 3 pack underwear is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. They are comfortable to wear. The crotch area does have extra layers of absorbent material that help with incontinence liquid leakage management. However, my level of incontinence would not be controlled by the panty alone. I do find that wearing these along with my regular pad, gives me good peace of mind and added protection regarding those episodes of leakage. We don't like this problem, but here's another helpful way to deal with it!
