This Will Change Your Pizza Experience Forever!
What can I say about the Super Peel that hasn't already been said before? It's the best kitchen gadget you'll ever buy, and you'll be blown away by how much it improves your quality of life. A pizza stone is par for the course these days; anyone who's making pizza knows they need one of those for a truly delectable crust. The problem, of course, is moving your pizza safely onto the heated stone. I've done the old trick of heavily flouring my work area and trying to coax it off a pan and onto the stone; aside from getting powder everywhere and losing your pizza's pleasant shape, you'll also find that the flavour of the underside leaves a lot to be desired, because you've messed up the chemistry to the dough by relying on the flour. And of course, there's always that doomsday scenario: spilling the pizza in the transfer process. I've lost 3 beautiful pizzas that way, relegated to a slouching mess on my stone, which means a serious cramp in my arm trying to scrub off the burned bits later and a less-than-satisfying pizza experience - and after all that work to make a good dough from scratch and a good sauce from scratch, who can stand that sort of heartache to see your labour of love turn into a pile of slop? Even transferring a ready-to-bake pizza from a deli onto your pizza stone can be a messy affair, and no matter what method you try, it's bound to mess up a little.Well, dry your eyes, pizza lovers; the Super Peel has got you covered. I've watched a few videos on YouTube, and I didn't really get it. I said to myself, "What's the big deal? Is it really so hard to move -that- pizza? What about the pizzas -I'm- trying to move, that get so tacky and messy so easily? Surely this won't help, right?" Well, let me tell you - I. Was. Wrong. The Super Peel has changed my whole kitchen experience. It's SO easy to use, and it's a good size for the pizzas I make, fitting them perfectly. A simple gesture, and I've got my pizza, in the perfect shape, onto the peel, and, in another gesture, it's perfectly onto my pizza stone. No mess, no stress! When I'm making multiples (a common occurrence; pizza is always a party pleaser at my house), I simply Super Peel the finished pie off the stone, close up the oven, set my finished pie down, pick up the next, open the oven, slide the next pie in, and close 'er up again while it bakes. The fast transfer time helps a TON; you lose a lot of heat as your oven is opened, and that means less-perfect pizza!I know it seems like a lot to spend on something to make pizza night easier, but imagine this: if you've ever lost a pizza, or barely saved a pizza and ended up baking some sloppy mess of dough and toppings, you've lost somewhere between $6.00~$16.00 dollars, nevermind the less-than-enjoyable dining experience or the time needed for clean-up. 4 lost pizzas or 4 extra-messy, unsatisfying pizzas, and you could've already bought your Super Peel to avoid it. Buying this is a quality-of-life purchase. That it has applications outside of pizza is just a bonus; try making perfect pie crusts and other treats with your Super Peel!

This is Legit and I Love It
For the last 6 months I have been making pizzas at home because delivery is expensive and we love pizza. This pizza peel works as advertised and make sure you follow the instructions i.e. move your backhand and not your front hand.Easy to clean, assemble, and use. At first use I made two pizzas without incident. The price seems a bit much at first glance but I believe the you save alot of money making your own.My homemade pizza suggestions: see Bobby Flay's pizza dough video on FN. Works really well with bread flour and if I don't have time I buy pre-made pizza dough from Trader Joe's. You can find a sauce recipe online or Trader Joe's offers pre-made sauce as well. Low moisture mozzarella works really well. I use an "Old Stone Oven" pizza stone and I like to set the temp at 500 degrees. Lastly, make a cardboard circle template that fits your pizza stone and pizza peel and use it to cut the dough to size. Have fun.

Great product
I Love the Super Peel. I have an outdoor pizza oven and we love making fresh pizza from scratch at home. I like to make 5-6 pizza's one hour in advance when friends are coming over. But the problem was that I could never get the pizza off the peel into the oven because it would stick if I left it on the peel for more than 5 minutes. This product solved my problem. Now I make the pizzas in advance and when ready to bake them, I use this Super Peel to lift it off my preparation surface and onto my aluminum peel so that I can place the pizza in my outdoor over. Very easy to use and works great. It is pricey but made my pizza making job much easier. Highly recommended.

Practical, but not perfect, solution for putting a pizza on a hot pizza stone.
Practical, but not perfect, solution for putting a pizza on a hot pizza stone.Think of it as a conveyer belt for transferring a raw pizza onto a hot pizza stone. It is a little tricky to use - not nearly as easy as the youtube videos make it seem. Proper usage does require some relatively high-level comprehension of three-dimensional geometry to figure out how to put together the cloth on the peel with all of the plastic pieces, and where to push and pull to get it to do what you want. I still have not quite gotten the hang of getting a fully loaded pizza onto the cloth, so I cheat by building my pizza directly on the cloth and then use the cloth and peel to slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone. It works pretty well that way. Definitely better and cleaner than my usual herky-jerky, corn-flour-all-over-the-place, method. My wife would give it 5 stars for that reason. Some suggestions for improvements: the plastic pieces are difficult to put together. are they really necessary? make the length a little longer than a normal pizza peel because i often "run out of space" on the conveyer belt when I don't get a perfect lift-off.

A must for homemade pizza
Okay. I was skeptical about a $55 block of wood and a piece of fabric (you have to admit, EXO has a pretty good profit margin here. I bet Shark Tank would be drooling all over this). HOWEVER, this thing is legit. I'd buy it again. If you are a homemade pizza aficionado and you've been frustrated with getting pizzas onto the baking stone, then this will change your pizza loving life. Previously, I was churning through too much (and expensive) parchment paper to transfer onto the stone on my big green egg. Then after a minute I'd try to lift up the pizza gently and try to slide out the parchment paper all the while not singing my arm hair. Not easy to do with 700 degree temps. I also didn't want to coat my metal peel with flour or other types of material to prevent it from sticking. Now, I can leave the parchment paper alone and take this out directly onto the stone. It works like a charm and I can tell it will be a long time before I need to wash the fabric (I know that was one of my concerns).
