Cheap foam with adhesive
Very cheap molded foam strips with adhesive and probably won't hold up for a long period of time, I don't see it being slip resistant but there easy to apply and you could probably use them for some stuff around the house just don't expect much. They remind me of the foam puzzle pieces for kids to stand on. Cheap for what you get.

Needed something thin to sit between a countertop and drawer cabinet. These do just the trick to prevent sliding.

The adhesive side sticks but the “grippy” side slides
The non-stick part is like a foam which has very, very little stiction. These might protect the floor for a while, though.
