I am a ski instructor/avid skier and I don't like having my pass on the outside of my clothing because it can get caught on things or it's flapping around. Now I can have it in my pocket for easy access and for some reason I forget or falls out of my pocket I don't have it lost or on a long lanyard dangling around.I am also using them for my business to put key fobs on. I put the lobster clasp on a belt loop and the fob on the ring. Super easy to access when needed and long enough to reach the fob readers. At the end of my day it super easy to remove. One other use I am going to use it on is my golf club cleaning brush attached to my bag. There must be 100's of uses for these.The manufacture states the total length of approximately 7.28 inches retracted and extend to 39 inches. I measured 6.75 fully retracted and 37 inches fully extended. No biggie! A couple of inches will not matter for what I am using them for. The spring loaded lobster clasp makes it very easy to add or removekeys, tags, ect.At $.90 each you can't go wrong. They work great! I will be giving the extras I have to some of my ski buddies to make their lives easier. An inexpensive way to look like a nice person.

I've attached these to my camper keys, mailbox keys, etc. I wanted something to keep my keys secure and accessible anytime. I rarely have pockets on my workout/camping clothes and these are the perfect way to have my keys on my person and keep my hands free. No more wasted time looking for where I put the keys down.
