When I first saw ads for these with the claim that they helped people quit vaping I was skeptical. It seemed really silly and kinda dumb to me but I couldn't stop thinking out it. I found this one and it was cheap enough that if I didn't work for me I wouldn't be too upset. I am so glad I was wrong. This helped me quit completely within a week. It does not feel the same at all as vaping but it really helped with the oral fixation part of it. And the little spinner in the middle is really nice and gives me something to do, I don't think I would've liked it as much without that bonus. The gold is really pretty as well and my chain hasn't broken or shown any signs of wear so far. I've only had it for a month but I use it and wear it everyday. Even just as a necklace it's super cute. I would recommend this to others as a tool to help curb the habit. As well as a deep breathing device to help someone calm down during more intense moments.
