This is an amazing hammock! I have been wanting to buy one for quite some time now, and I finally pulled the trigger. After using the Arbor Creek Outfitters hammock, I now feel silly for waiting so long. Here is what I love about it:1. It is one nice little package. At only 1.5 lbs, it won't be a burden to add to our kid carrier when we go for a hike. The carry pouch is also attached directly to the hammock, so my two year old won't run off and throw it in a bush where we will never find it again.2. It sets up and packs up quickly and easily, which I am always afraid of when I see a tiny pouch and a big product. I have set it up twice in our backyard, and it took about 3 minutes to attach to two trees and less than 30 seconds to roll up the hammock and straps and slip them into the pouch. This is also a major plus when you have a little one running around while you pack up.3. It is strong and super comfy. My wife, daughter, and I all comfortably fit in. The fabric is very soft, and the stitching seems very durable. No pulling or popping when I was the last to settle in, and I'm not exactly a small guy. I could easily see my wife and I comfortably being able to sleep in this side-by-side.4. Last but not least, it is nice to know that Arbor Creek Outfitters donates a tree for each hammock purchased.I highly recommend this hammock, and I will likely buy a second to have on hand in case friends decide to join us on a hike!

UPDATE: I wasn’t able to use it because the trees in the park by me are all pretty large and far apart. I ordered some of the loop tree straps because the straps it comes with are too short. They are VERY high quality, just too short for my tree offering. I should have done what others had suggested and bought them at the time I bought this hammock but was willing to risk it. Still 5*!Original review: Full disclosure, haven’t used it yet...BUT I’ve used many hammocks and I’m honestly shocked at the quality of this one. I used an eno hammock last weekend and this beats it for sure. The straps are VERY sturdy feeling and as others have mentioned, everything packs into the bag. I will update when I’ve used it.One suggestion for improvement, because it’s the only thing I can think of, would be to add sinch down straps around the bag. That’s maybe the only thing I would have liked to have added. But for the steal of a deal I got this hammock for, it’s a 6-Star hammock.

I got this hammock because I was having a super outdoorsy summer and every time I hiked and/or camped I was so jealous of whoever had a hammock, but they all were too expensive for me UNTIL I found this bad boy, and the rest of my summer was super fun as I could put it up and pack it away so fast. Next thing I knew, some guy I was friends with helped me set it up on a hike, and to repay him I let him sit with me in it, and thanks to gravity, we’ve been hammock cuddling ever since.

i just went to my local park to set this Double Camping Hammock up and give it a test run. First impression, I love that the pouch is attached to the hammock and comes with everything needed to hang it! It's very quick to set up, comfortable (doesn't leave you feeling staticky), can fit 2 people, and putting it back in the pouch took no time at all! The downside is that our city park is full of massive, several hundred year-old trees and it was difficult to find two near each other that were small enough to wrap the straps around (hence the silly photo of me almost on the ground). It won't be difficult to purchase some extra rope and fasten it together to extend the size of trees it can wrap around though. So I will definitely be making that extra purchase to extend the hammocks reach. That being said, this is a fantastic hammock and I can't wait to try it out on my next camping trip!

My friend had one of these hammocks hanging on his front porch and after trying it out I really wanted to get one for myself. He recommended this seller to me and I was not disappointed.- The hammock is super easy to set up, I tried setting it up with trees and also on the columns of my porch and both were really easy and done within about five minutes.- The straps seem quite long at first (especially when I was setting up on my porch), but are that way to cater for trees with larger trunks which I realised later after moving it to the yard.- Because it's a double hammock it's quite wide, and so if you are in it by yourself it can kind of wrap around you, which is actually kinda nice because it feels quite cosy and safe (but might not be for everyone). With two people it seems much more fitting.- The material is very light and breathable and the whole thing fits into a pretty small bag so is super easy to transport and carry around. The short set up time makes it ideal for camping and short trips too.Overall super stoked with my purchase! This is perfect for anyone who just wants to add an awesome feature to their home, a nice place to relax, as well as for more hardcore campers.

I just drove across the country from California to Michigan and slept in this hammock every night, connecting it from the moving truck to the car that I was towing. I bought it because I want to use it for camping but it worked out for this as well! Super portable, incredibly easy to setup and the material is high quality. I was afraid that it would be one of those things where it doesn't fit back in the bag unless you fold it exactly as it came out but it fits in the bag very easily since the bag can stretch a bit. I'm now using it at my beach house and it is amazing. Hoping to buy another one soon. I'd love to see some more colors!

Great hammock. We have had it a couple years. The kids play rough on it, it is very comfortable for 1 person but our entire family of 4 (450 lbs) has been in it together multiple times with no signs of damage.Breeze goes through it to keep cool and it is wide enough to wrap yourself to keep bugs away and is still breathable.
