This is a great headset. I spend a lot of time on the phone and have used headsets in the past that make my ears hurt after not too long. My head is a bit on the wide side and this headset doesn't cause pain even after several hours of use. The headband is metal and can be adjusted/bent as necessary to accommodate a wide head and the swivel ear phones allow the pads to match the angle of the ears, minimizing uneven pressure. I use it with my iPhone and the sound is loud and clear.I did notice that it picks up a lot of wind noise from breathing. This is not a fault of the headset but rather a consequence of having a microphone positioned close to the nose and mouth. The headset I ordered for the Yealink T23G has been working very well. I can hear every person clearly and no one has said they have any trouble hearing me. The noise cancelling also works well so that I am not bothered by other noises or conversations in the office while I am using the headset.The only problem I had when I first used it was that it was too loud. Maybe it was a combination of my phone and the headset, or maybe my hearing is sensitive. Even with the volume control on the phone turned down all the way, it was still too loud. When I contacted customer service, Sunny responded quickly and worked with me to solve the problem. In the end she sent me an inline volume control for the headset at no charge. Thank you, Sunny!

I use a headset for work and my old one had earpads that were literally disintegrating. This headset is well made and solid. I like the flexible microphone and the sound is excellent. They are noise cancelling which is usually a good thing, except that it muffles my own voice--just takes some getting used to. The only issue I have is that the earpads, which are otherwise very comfortable, are plastic and not breathable. A cloth cover would be lovely.

At first, the headset didn't work. But a few emails to the company to describe our very old, Panasonic Hybrid phone system resulted in them sending me, via Express DHL, new cables that solved the problem. The headset is lightweight and very comfortable. Boom microphone gives good quality speech recognition for whomever you're talking too. The cord to the desk set is super long. I also like that I can change cables (supplied) and use the headset with my Android phone. Makes hearing what the other party is saying a lot easier for my aging ears that were brutalized when serving in Vietnam.

Came with lots of attachments most of which I don’t need but nice they are included. I am having trouble hearing. Sound quality for me is poor and barely seems like I can truly hear from both ears. Sound quality has an echo like quality as if I am in a large room without furniture. My caller said I sound faint and tinny. I prefer a corded headset because that generally means better sound quality on both ends. I would not buy again & am considering a return. So frustrating to try to find good quality.

Bought this to amplify landline conversations for increasingly deaf user, and found it works very well. Conversations are both louder and clearer than we get using the speaker-phone, and the headset is very comfortable. When it arrived, we found it would not connect to the headset jack on our phone - consulted the manufacturer (Mairdi) and they immediately sent us an adapter. Strongly recommend both the product and their excellent customer service.

After just a few weeks we had three of these headsets stop working. We tried to contact the company but received no reply.

Works perfectly well. I use it for my home office phone to make and receive calls. I also use it with my cellular phone. It cancels out the background noise.

I needed these for the office and now use these for both my landline telephone and also video calls on the laptop. Easy transition between the two and very clear audio. Music is not great through them but they’re not designed for that. I’d definitely recommend these.

New phones so needed new headset and didn't need wireless; audio is excellent for me and the caller.

Decent quality and good noise cancellation.
