Dependable Equipment to have
Works great for kneading dough. Would work better if it had more speed selections (only 1 - 2 speeds). Tool for attaching handle - NO GOOD. Need own plyers

Powerful machine for heavy dough
Got it fast! It came in great shape. Love the power and low noise level. The large volume is perfect for large batches of heavy dough (bagels). It does a fantastic job of kneading. I replaced an old mixer with this new and bigger one.

Still learning the speeds and attachments! Very quiet and mixes double batches of sourdough bread and cookies without any problems. A double batch of icing was a piece of cake once I learned to turn the speed down to the lower setting 🙌
