Great balloon!
So far this is working beautifully. I have it hanging in the pool cage here in Florida. Nothing lasts very long left in the elements in FL, so I don't expect to get more than a year out of it. But it is beautiful. The balloon itself is only 16" but with the tail the total length is about 27" which is what I was looking for. It was easy assembly and hanging. I have had other similar balloons and some have been short-lived. I think this one is of a very good quality.

Over priced for quality. Good for in town us but I live in the country and it needs more weight to keep stable in even mild wind.
