Great buy!

I was happy to find it on Amazon as most stores in my area don’t carry it anymore. I have the best results with bread if I have Fleishman’s yeast

The two jars shipped in tight bubble wrap. This was a great value especially for beginner bread makers like myself for the many failed attempts!

If you like to make bread frequently, I recommend these jars. I got two little jars, stuck one in the fridge, and the other has been taking care of weekly bread loaves for months now and I'm still not even halfway done. Much cheaper and more cost-effective than those little pouches, plus I have much more control over how much yeast goes into my bread.Amazon asked me about flavor, and I've never tried a different brand of yeast so I can't really speak to whether it has a specific flavor, but I will say that I've had consistent lovely loaves this whole time and they taste like fresh bread, which means they're delicious.

This yeast will expire next month, Most yeast you buy has an expiration date that is more than a year out. When I tried to return these two jars, it said the item could not be returned. I am very unhappy with this order! As it turned out this yeast has performed well. I gave a jar to my sister and she also liked it. so I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars!

There is absolutely nothing wrong about this product. I wish the price was lower, but that’s the frugal coming out of me.
