I am taking this for my eye health and it's helping (I stare at a computer screen all day). I was pleasantly surprised at how my mood is better and my bp readings are better too :) Bonus!

These seem like they are good. They taste fine and can be mixed into water. I haven't noticed a difference so far but need to keep taking them I guess.

I got this because I love Gotu Kola inside and out. I actually have been taking this in supplement/capsule form and also apply it currently mixed with grape seed oil to my face and as stated use it for my hair as well. This plant has many names as it had been around and used for hundreds of years. It has been called Frog Feet Plant, Herb of Longevity, Pennywort, and Cica. It's scientific name is Centella Asiatica. What first got my attention with it was an article about 15 years ago that mentioned a study scientist had done with it. They found ( this was 15 years ago now) what looked like for the first time a decrease in arterial plague using natural ingredients. The ingredients used were Gotu Kola of course and Vitamin K and French Maritime Bark ( Pycnogenol). And I stared taking it just like they combined it in the studies. Later in other studies they found that this increase in circulation that it appeared Gotu Kola was doing was also very beneficial to the skin. In many studies when Gotu Kola was applied topically, impressive results were supposedly happening due to the skin becoming healthier . It wasn't long there after that studies with hair were showing impressive results as well. This was not surprising to me at all considering that circulation of blood in the scalp is probably the most important aspect of healthy hair. The studies found that Guto Kola supposedly helped improve microcirculation allowing the follicles to take in more oxygen and nutrients giving hair a boost. Some people ( me included) report Gotu Kola helps make their hair shinier and more manageable and of course stronger. With the help of the follicle possibly getting more nutrients ,,hopefully my other ingredients in my hair tonic get utilized better possibly. So yes I do indeed like this Gotu Kola for my hair.What is great about this company is they third party lab test their Gotu Kola ! So that way I have no worries wondering did I get the real thing. In fact this is such good quality that is resulting in a 98% absorption rate according to their test which is just what I want to hear for my hair. Their is no alcohols or sugar in this which both would be bad for my scalp of course. So yes I am indeed all 5 stars on this and very happy to have come across this brand. I think it is an absolutely wonderful price all things considered. I have had no sides with this and it's pretty simple to apply or use orally. In my pic that is my hair tonic next to the Gotu kola. For me, when I find a brand I can trust I prefer to stick with them and even tell my friends how great it is. So far, this is one of those brands. The product seems high grade and consistent, the packaging is always safe and secure, and the flavor is definitely something they consider.I like the fact that they actually put the expiration date, the lot number and is from a GMP certified factory. It all just speaks to quality. Many supplements don't do this so I'm a little skeptical about the quality of the product. With Bio Kratuer I don't have that concern. Further, they generally do single nutrient supplements as opposed to formulations with a bunch of different stuff mixed in. I find that easier to dose the nutrients I want instead of a shotgun approach.I believe Gotu Kola is beneficial to my brain and overall circulation so it's good to have a source I can trust to deliver the product I want, in the strength I want, and the quality I deserve. Overall, I'm super pleased.

Often times, these natural derivatives may take up to 3 months to really hone-in on their ultimate potential. -Why, b/c they need to build up in the system. I’ve been taking them since I was at least 25yo or so…And I will also say I’ve been assumed at least 10yrs younger than my original age. Item came in an opened box with torn top and bottom. Makes me very upset as it cannot be returned!! Bottle had the plastic wrapper around it still but it was very dusty!I need to throw it away for food and safety reasons!!Waste of money... ugh!
