This rub is amazing! It has a rich flavor that adds to your grilling fare; it does not overpower or hide the flavor of the meat.I use it on grilled beef, pork, chicken and zucchini. We like a light sprinkle on fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, too. We even experimented on hot dogs (the kids say they taste like camp fire hot dogs).It has a consistency suitable for sprinkling it on your food, or using it a little heavier as a rub.It was a big hit at a family gathering, so I know what to get all the grillers in my family for Christmas!

I have always leaned toward Tex-Mex and Cajun and love spicy foods. Spicy HOT is a favorite. This keeps the flavor but I think it could stand more chili powder, Cheyne and red pepper. Taste is a personal thing though. This keeps the taste and if you want to spice it harder, you can work it. I like it, just meat is too expensive anymore.Any one feel that if something like gas causes the price of meat or anything to rise in cost that it should most definitely go back down when gas or whatever goes back down. It gets costly never returning back to its original price... Something Congress could argue instead of fighting constantly and staggering economic growth...

Uniquely different and very tasty!! Not to hot or to sweet very different, love it. Made by a veteran!! Worth every penny!!
