I really like the different sizes of both the chain and the different spikes, I have a smaller nose and the 2nd smallest chain fit me best and I am wearing the second smallest spikes in the photos. It was pretty easy to put in and since the spikes and chain aren't turning my nose green, I'd say they are good quality.

Smallest chain was a little tight but the medium size was too big. Also wish the chain were more bigger , looks like i just have string across my nose 😢, very cute thoughhh

It's a good thing they send so many cuz only one chain is actually is going to fit out of all of them so I basically bought one for the price. There is a pair of spikes and balls as shown in first pics that are far to tiny and fall off from the chain and one set of spikes that are huge. In 2nd Pic I'm showing ones that fit the chains correctly.so only 3 pair of studs will fit . The little diamonds are beautiful and shine nicely. So 1of 12chains and 3of6 studs are good and there seems to be a left and right side also.

These were surprising good quality, Didn't turn my skin green and looked cute! Would recommend!

ordered on nov 27th. today is april 17th. i use the 2 smallest spikes on both sides of my nostrils and have since delivery, and they hold up very very well. obviously at least stainless steel and not garbage material cuz theres no ugly tarnish or green skin. (i am super sensitive to fake jewelry so its an instant giveaway for me) The curved bar is good to keep it in compared to L bars, but my nose is kinda small and pointed so a lot of the times you can see the swirl in my nose like a silver booger until i swivel it back around 😂 your looks may vary of course and i dont mind it either. dont listen to the haters, not all amazon jewelry is awful!

Love the variety this has and the different length chains so it will fit anyone. Easy to use and out on, Great value.

The jewelry is curled to close together and makes it next to impossible to put in. If you have a really small nose then maybe you’ll be fine but for the average person you’ll need a pair of pliers to un curl it some. Other then that it’s fine
