Ordered 3T / 4T and they were larger than expected. Better than too small I suppose!

I ordered these for my 2-year-old. Winter is coming, so I thought some thick, warm socks would be nice. These fit the bill perfectly. She will be 3 years old soon. She is wearing a Size 2T, but we are transitioning her to 3T clothing. These socks are definitely more on the 3T end of that scale. The socks were too big on her and, because of the thickness, we will have to wait until she grows into them to wear them. The socks are nice and thick, so maybe she can wear them at home until she grows into them. But, wearing them with shoes would look odd and be uncomfortable. The design is interesting and should go well with several of her outfits. I like the neutral colors that could easily go well with dark winter colors that you typically see in kids' clothing, like dark green, blue, and red. I can also see these going well with some of her pale pink corduroy items. I would recommend the socks, but keep in mind that they are on the larger side of the scale.
