Very Heavy Duty Well Designed
I’m not a expert on belts but this belt is definitely heavier, thicker than most everyday belt’s I’m accustomed to. The only belt thicker and wider were my duty belts worn for law enforcement purposes. Time will tell if this particular belt will hold up to the scrutiny as Advertised????

This is a very sturdy full grain leather belt.
I am very satisfied with the quality of this belt. However, the size chart is off. A word of advice, I would order a few size bigger than the size pants you wear especially if you plan on and IWB holster. Even without a holster, I wear a 38 size pants and ordered a 44 belt. The belt did fit, however, I was on the second last set a holes of the belt and it was snug. If I wanted an option to carry in IWB holster, I would’ve definitely been on the last set of holes of the tail section of the belt and it would of not of tucked into the loop of the belt. I would rather have a belt that is to long than too short. You can always cut it down if you don’t like the extra length and ad holes if needed. I returned the 44 and ordered a 46. Just a reminder, I wear a size 38 pants. Hope this helps.

Very Heavy and Sturdy. In my opinion a great value.
The belt a bit rough around the back but the front and edges are all smooth. The leather is super thick, I am using as a casual belt and have a size 35 waste and the 38 belt fits fine, I could have gone smaller actually and a 36 would have just fit. If you used this as a gun belt and not a casual belt you would want to add a few inches. The leather is so thick that the buckle area sticks out a tiny bit maybe 3/4 inch but it all fits and is super easy on and off so I think the reviews that said that it didnt had a little extra weight over winter or something. What I like about this is the leather is clearly thick and durable, this thing will last years without needing replacement and the buckle is strong too. This belt is a lot of value for the money. I still could use this with a small IWB holster fine too and thats with slim jeans. Anyway if your looking for some thin lightweight belt to just do minimal duty for appearance this is not it. This will actually do its job and not break. It is slightly thicker then 1/4 inch and is a true 1.5in wide. See the pictures, I had two holes remaining with my 35 waste and it fit comfortably on the third hole. I was not paid for this review and received nothing for free in case wondering, just like the product enough to order the brown one now and with the web the way it is you never know what is real or not so thought I would post for something I like.

Sturdy full grain leather, no gimmicks
I'd been looking for a full-grain belt that was almost as sturdy as the kydex-reinforced gun belt I've been wearing but had a little more give. I've looked at Hank's, Main Street Forge, some of the other companies who seem to make good belts but also seem to pass the cost of their high-quality marketing videos and advertising to the consumer. For $50, this is a thick, sturdy, belt with just enough give that getting it on and off so far hasn't been too difficult. I'm not sure why other reviewers are talking about it being impossible to put on; yeah, it's gonna need a little time to break in, but right out of the package I can wrap it around my hand and put it in a drawer and it stays coiled. For my money, it's what I was looking for. I'll probably buy the brown one next, as I expect these to last a while.I wear a 38" waist in Levi's, Carhartt, and Duluth jeans, and the 42" belt fits perfectly; I can fasten it comfortable in the middle belt hole. Take your pants' waist size, add four inches, bing bang boom, that's your belt size. Be honest about your waist size; your pride isn't going to shrink your waist and complaining about a belt that's too short is on you. I got out my tape measure, and from the fold over the buckle to the tip of the belt is exactly 42 inches.Just buy one.

Still holding my pants up.
I bought this a year ago. It still looks new. It hasn't warped, or split, or broken, or anything. And it still holds my pants up better than any belt I've owned. I had to poke 2 new holes, as this ran bigger than the cheap store belts. I'm not sure if this belt is big, or if the bargain belts run small, I suspect the latter. This only cost about twice what the laminated junk belts cost at Wallyworld. One of those would already be delaminating, or I would have broken the non-repairable, non-replaceable buckle by now.My only complaint is that when it was brand new, it would shed some black dye onto my tan pants, like a shoe polish stain (that's probably exactly what it was.) It stopped doing that.

Exactly what it says it is
This is not a dress belt. It's a piece of thick lightly died leather with a buckle and holes in it.It's darkening nicely, & becoming more flexible with use as expected, & is great for any non-dress useage.I doubt this would fit the loops on dress pants, & certainly would look out of place. It'll also outlast any belt that would do those things, so great for my purposes.
