Great trampoline!
We ordered this for our daughter and have had it for almost 6 months! It is sturdy, safe and comfortable! The ladder could have been sturdier but otherwise it's a great purchase and was not difficult to assemble with 2-3 people!

Beware of the first step in MANUAL*
Great trampoline HOWEVER the INSTRUCTIONS show you to put the circle together with pipes that have no holes as the first step, DONT !!! The circle that you first need to put together is the pipes with the holes in them for the springs. After that the rest of the instructions are fine . This may be common sense to some but I like to follow the instructions step by step … and this ruined me lol . Holes in the first step pictures would have saved me so much time .

Decent, but the mat we received is defective. Waiting on a reply from customer service
The assembly and overall product are good. As soon as we completed installation though, we noticed that the texture of the middle of the mat, where it's folded up for transport, was different. Upon closer inspection we discovered that the mat has a few small pieces that were already torn/snagged. When my daughter first got into it she said it was poking her feet.I have emailed the company about sending a replacement for the defective net and am waiting for a reply. I will update review when more information is available.

No customer support
I love this trampoline, but had to take it apart when I moved and lost a part. Amazon sells it and only has an email for support. Haven't heard back but I needs one small part and that is my only option
