Good travel kit
These bands are good for working out when you are out of town on the road. Cannot take a gym with you but these fit easily in your luggage. You can still get a reasonable workout when not at your home gym!

Colors are Not as Advertised
The bands work fine but 4 out of 5 of the green bands are the same shade of green. This is not as advertised in the photo.

Significantly lighter than advertised.
The package arrived 5 days late, and in very poor packaging which was subject to the elements. The bands are much lighter weight than their labels would suggest, even when doubling or tripling up. They also feel very flimsy and low quality, I don't feel safe using them. I would recommend you stay away.

Started great but . . .
I enjoyed using these to help with some workouts and, at first, they were great. I had these a little over a month and the 20 lbs one snapped when I was doing a curl with it. No real stress placed on it but it did snap. I am disappointed it did not last longer. Will be looking to replace the 20 lb one.
