This works good but I only started out with 1/4 of a teaspoon. I mix it with some yogurt each morning and there is no taste to it.

I like this tea, and when used in moderation, it helps me avoid getting backed up. I've had increasing issues with my bowels, as my hormones shift, due to middle age. I use only a small amount of this tea, and the taste is earthy, and it mixes easily. You get a GENEROUS package for the cost, and this supply will last a LONG time. I do like that this is organic and non-GMO. I don't agree with the nutrition label however. I don't see how this tea has any fats or even warrants a 65 calorie rating, but maybe I'm thinking about it wrong. Most teas do not have any calories, and I think this is sort of like Matcha, which is calorie free.

I'm really happy with this senna powder. I have been using a popular brand of senna tablets for years and recently ran out. I needed something in a pinch and this popped up so I decided to try it. It's easy to take with just water and doesn't have a strong flavor. I got the results I wanted in the morning! So it's working for me. There's no suggested dosage on the package but you can search for this information elsewhere. Do not go by the 100g serving size! That seems to go without saying but you never know. I started with about a 1/4 tsp and that was enough to work overnight. Your results may vary so I would start low and work my way up if needed. This is a very cost effective powder, and at this rate, this will last me a very long time. I'm thrilled about that as I'm tired of ordering supplements every month. 5/5 stars!

This is a great quality powder that's certified organic and from a good company. It smells like alfalfa pills/powder but has no flavor when mixed in with water. There is no instructions on the bag so you will have to do your own internet research on this one. I am new to senna so based on my research, you want to start with 1/4 teaspoon and then work your way up to 1/2 teaspoon and mix with water. It really didn't taste like anything so use as much or little water as you'd like. It takes a couple of hours for it to move stuff in your body but this is dependent on the person and everyone is different. For me, I have a sensitive body and stomach so it happened pretty fast. I'm very happy with this and would like to use this on a regular rotation so that I can detox. I am trying a lot of different powders from this company and am very pleased with my experience.

I HAVE USED OTHER BRANDS OF SENNA TEA AND THIS SEEMS TO BE COMPARABLE TO THOSE I'VE USED. HAVE NEVER BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH IRRITABLE BOWEL BUT DO HAVE SOME IRREGULARITIES WITH CONSTIPATION. USING THIS SEEMS TO KEEP THINGS MOVING.

I think everyone needs this in their pantry. This is the kind of tea we need to start taking right before we go to sleep. The times I have taken have led me to wake up energized with no sugar snacks needed in the morning. I need to a better job myself getting used to taking this every night before I sleep. It's worth a try and it's worth a trail. I normally don't give out 5 stars at all but this is a necessity to any diet.
