I love this garden arch, unfortunately it doesn't fit the gap, as the measurements given are for the overall width, and not the walkthrough. This isn't a fault with the product, but rather mine for not checking the advert thoroughly enough and the sellers for not putting on the extra dimension. It is such a shame, because it would have looked greatThe arch is not very thick, but as a decorative feature it should be fine and is well made.

This product was laughably called solid wood! it was barely matchwood, very flimsy, all the screws needed replacing and it was so rickety once up, we had to put 4 more sturdy posts next to the down posts of the structure. The gate now needs strengthening as it is too fragile to stand regular opening and the hinges will not cope with more than the smallest of winds. Extremely dissappointed!

I’d read the reviews so I knew not to expect much so wasn’t too disappointed. It’s made from the type of wood that you can push a screwdriver in to so it’s not structurally stable and nothing really lines up very well but for a decorative arch and gate I thought it was reasonable value. We concreted the 4 legs in (essential) and we used a spirit level to make sure every part of it was straight and yet the gates don’t get close enough to shut with the bolt. The instructions shouldn’t be called instructions as they’re useless!It’s now been in use for 2 months, the gate has practically fallen to pieces. The slats blew off in the wind!!!!! The arch isn’t strong enough to support a normal gate which means i have to replace the whole lot. Wouldn’t recommend. Wish I had listened to the reviews.

The components arrived promptly and were well-packed. Assembly was reasonably straightforward but the structure felt flimsy when completed. As a free-standing pergola it would blow over quite easily unless the uprights are well-cemented in. I was fortunate to have a hedge on each side to give support up to about head-height - we live in a windy location and the pergola is now secure. We like the overall look of the design, but some small improvements are possible. For example, the eight bolts joining the extensions to the uprights are too long, and required shortening to improve the look of the join. The sliding bolt holding the gates closed was too small for a windy location - I had to modify that. The curving pieces across the top are made from several short sections lap-jointed and stapled together - the joints were quite loose and needed reinforcement with epoxy resin. For longevity, I would recommend a couple of coats of varnish before installation. So room for improvement and hence 4 stars, but overall an attractive feature in the garden.

Very flimsy and light. Wouldn't be good in exposed areas. Mine blew away the first day we installed it. Have had to anchor it in several more places to make sure it stays put.

A very easy to build product looks good in my garden

Very flimsy and poor quality. we were not able to use the product as a gust of wind would have blown the gate open and most likely broke it. The lock didn’t seem to be in a good position and gate didn’t really close properly.Very disappointed and very expensive fire wood which is what we will be using it for.I wouldn’t recommend this product

Purtroppo con il primo vento un po più forte e subito caduto e si sono storti le viti. Era impossibile sistemarlo Purtroppo. Poco resistente. Secondo me poco adatto per l esterno

Selon le descriptif cette arche est pour l extérieur mais non ceci est faux ou alors il ne faut pas vivre ou il y a du vent, et ne pas utiliser le petit portail.Solidité nul, qualité nulle même GIFI fait mieux et il mette du scotch sur le portail en le retirant la peinture viens avec lolAh et j ai remplacé toute la Visserie pour une meilleure tenueBref à éviter heureusement que je l' ai eu en promo

Buenas nochesMe a gustado es muy bonito una vez montado y demás pero lo que no me ha gustado son las medidas no hace 1,20cm de ancho, hace 90cm que es lo que miden las puertas esas medidas son las que tiene el voladizo de ancho 1,20cm.Esto no está bien ya que la frase que tiene puesta es de arco de 1,20cm etc..... vale que se mira la descripción del producto y eso pero se da por hecho o yo por lo menos así lo hice de que tenía esa medida de ancho y me sento fatal porque no cojo el que tiene de uno 1,50cm porque no me cojia en el hueco donde voy a poner el arco lo digo para que le valga a otros compradores y que la medida real es lo que miden las puertas.Por lo demás me llego mucho antes del tiempo estipulado, bien embalado y bueno como estable pues puede pasar.....

Really flimsy and looks very cheap, all the screws show, and it was difficult to put together, not worth the time or money. It definitely would not remain upright in any sort of strong wind, I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known. I read the description which stated 19KG shipping weight and deduced from this that it was a fairly heavy and substantial product...in fact it weighs just a couple of kilos, if that, so it was not as described....very unhappy with this purchase.
