Ab Roller Wheel Automatic Rebound Domestic Abdominal Exerciser Strength Training Equipment With Thick Knee Pad Mat For Beginner Core Workouts

I had to get back into doing some exercise, after putting on a lot of weight after having COVID last year. The first thing I got was a new resistance bike for my cardio, and the second was this abs roller. The hardest thing to shift is going to be my "dad bod" (e.g. belly) and I don't like most abs exercises - so this looked perfect for me. The wheels have an auto-rebound - a bit like toy cars when you pull them back and then let them go - so most of the return is done for you. However, you can REALLY feel your abs being worked as soon as you get going despite the fairly relaxed movement needed to roll it forwards and backwards. It also comes with a timer that you can stick to the handles (it's magnetic) or put on the floor beside you, using the flip-out stand on the back. It also comes with a knee mat, but I'm not using that as I already have a full-matted floor. It will be useful if I ever want to use it anywhere else, though. A really clever little unit and I'm already seeing my weight drop and my belly is starting to shrink with a better diet and exercise. This makes abs workouts so much easier.

I liked how its lightweight, yet wide enough, easy to assemble, even though it was in a different language the photographs were easy to follow. Unable to use efficiently as the bar is faulty and keeps coming out of the hole on one side.Like shown in the video there is no cover-up for the side of the bar.

If you want an easy machine without the pain then this works perfectly. The elbow support really helps a beginner like me. I could do for 5 minutes and then take a break before I do another 5 minutes. Works great for stomach muscles. The video on the product page showed the tinker attached differently using a magnet but I did not receive that, mine just slides into the slot but the unit gets switched off when completely pushed in so I had to leave the time just slightly pushed in. Overall works fine and hoping this would help tighten my stomach muscles. Delivery was not prime so took some time to arrive.

This is really good tool for exercise. Very easy to use. And it gives you good results. I really enjoy it. U can do exercise very easily. Really like it.👍

Do not buy this, it is cheap and not as advertised. There are no proper and clear instructions to put it together. Even trying to follow the video shown on the description page to put it together, you will find that there are missing pieces that are shown in the video that you will not get and things are still not clear. It is a slightly different model to what is shown in the video. The timer is cheap plastic and does not work. The mat is very small, thin material and not any good or fit for purpose either.

Bad and cheap quality, the handle holder where you fit your elbows is plastic from first round crack I don't recommend this product at all cheap quality it doesn't deserve this price including delivery
