NICE TOOL
Expensive, but not many choices. Most will only use the 1/2" and 3/4" jaws, but this only comes with the 4 jaws. There are also jaws available to use with this tool for pex crimping. Only negative thing is pairing this with the app.But not really needed. It is supposed to keep track of the tool when one cannot find or keeps count of how many times you pull the trigger. At 32000 pulls, app will tell you to have it serviced. Average replumb of a bathroom may need 20 crimps at most, how long will it take to count to 32000

Works perfectly for my business
Can pro press up to 1 1/4” copper and mega press up to 3/4” black pipe fits in tight spots and helps the head swivels

Decent tool, terrible warranty support
The tool is good, although after a year of moderate use it started having electric problems. Ridgid support staff has been awful. It's under warranty , yet it's been out for repair for 5 weeks and It hasn't been looked at yet. I would be very cautious buying this if it's your primary source of work income.

Great tool
I use it mostly for repairs so I don’t have as many cycles on it as someone doing installs and construction. So far it works great. Consistent crimps, no leaks and gets in tight spaces well.

Beware!!! This product does not come with the 4 jaws shown in the picture
I bought this on Amazon. The picture and the product splash page imply that the tool comes with 1/2" through 1-1/4" jaws. It does not. In the fine print of the product description, down at the bottom of the page, it does say that it only comes with 1/2", 3/4" and 1" jaws. Unfortunately, I did not see that when I ordered it. I assumed that the picture was an accurate representation of the kit that I was buying. After all, the RP-240 is fairly new to the market.

Way too much money for this product not to work
Had this product for 2 months went to use it and it does not turn on. I sent this to a rigid repair shoo it has sat there for over a week and they still have not looked at my tool. This is ridiculous.
