Does its job, doesn't fit in so well all the time
The sound quality is fine. It basically does its job. Wire tangles all the time and one needs to work on untangling before using it.Some times falls off the ear and not so well fit into ears. May be an issue with my ears! I face this issue with the left one all the times.I felt it is little expensive for the overall quality.

I recently purchased a pair of headphones, but unfortunately, the product I received was defective. I submitted a return request; however, the item was never picked up, and I was unable to process a replacement. Now, I am unable to submit a return request again as the return window has expired. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided.

The earphones are decent. But not worth the money, you can get better options if you want to spend 2499.
