I love how easy this is to apply and rub in. It was worked well for my restless legs and doesn't leave you oily. You also don't have to worry about slipping on hard wood if your applying to your feet. I recommend applying to legs and feet then putting socks on right away. This helps keep the product on the skin longer in my opinion and will also prevent slipping and sliding around. Love this small business as well. Great customer service!

I like the oil inside the bottle. This mg oil works great on my feet and legs. The bottle sprayer does not work and gets clogged and turns a brown color in the sprayer tube all gummed up. I rinsed in warm water and sprayed thru it opening the gummed up part. It is still difficult to use the sprayer . I free pour the oil it is excellent oil.

Tried this for my insomnia. Did not work for me. Fast shipping, worth the price I paid. The oil is not greasy and absorbed pretty well. I recommend washing your hands after using other wise they get a bit gritty.

I have been taking lunesta for sleep for several years but this magnesium oil is 10 times better . First use I went to sleep within minutes and the sleep was uninterrupted and upon waking I felt well rested.

I love this product. I recently started to add exercise to my daily routine. After my workout and shower 🚿 I put this product on the areas that I just worked on and go about my entire day without muscle aches. I have to start remembering to put it on my feet before I go to bed also 😆. It's not super oily but you do have to let it dry. It's like using those body oils instead of lotion. The scent is so light that it fades after it has been rubbed in and I like that because it doesn't interfere with the scent I'm wearing for that day.

This stuff is great when i'm having trouble getting to sleep. I just have to be weary about how much I put on because it makes me really groggy in the morning.

I like the oil. Definitely helped with leg cramps , however it is too thick for the spray nozzle holes.Kept getting clogged up. I ended up putting it in a different bottle

Love this product! Helps me sleep a lot better without waking up so often. It is quite drying on the feet but if you wash it off after 20 mins or so you should be fine. Also make sure if you are taking any other vitamins that contain magnesium that you're not taking too much, I did notice I had to run to the washroom quite a big at first until I realized my other vitamins contained magnesium as well, once I switched it out I haven't had any issues

Labeled as pure. Believable. Cannot comment on efficacy however may have contributed to reduced symptoms of strain.

I have used a few times it seems to help me sleep better it does leave my skin feeling sticky so I have put on socks after putting on spray which seems to work

I had high hopes for this product but it just made me feel itchy and felt like i had a film on my skin. Such a waste as i won’t be using it again.
