Its so sticky you can't get anything out of the bottle
I love this stuff I used to anyway I've been buying it for the last couple of years but the last couple of bottles I've got has been so stuck together I can't even get them out of the bottle I've tried to put sugar in it so that I could get them apart but I'm going to have to throw away because I can't even get anything out of it.. no I will not buy again I'm sorry bad product

nice combinations of supplements included
The Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon gummies taste good and, have a good mix of supplements included in them. However, they do seem to stick to your teeth----not a big deal. I haven't noticed any weight loss or loss of appetite but I do appreciate the potential health benefits of taking them.

Mixed feelings on this but no issues.
Tried these for about 60 days. Tastes good, never noticed any difference from using them but certainly didn't hurt.
