Do not buy, especially if you're not pleased and want a refund
Not great quality. Came folded really small, so when opened, the material, not really fur like and not ostrich feather, was all over the place. Tried to fluff it up a little, but still not great. Further the lining material is really odd, almost plastic like. As such, with the size coming up a little small already, this made it feel even tighter, and stick to bare arms. Further lining wasn't really fitting well, showing outside around the collar. When requesting a return and refund, on the basis that the jacket felt on the small side, the company argued that they had sent me the size I had requested, and that their sizing was true to UK measurements, plus it would cost me more to send it back, than keep it with their off a 15% discount. I did agree to this as the jacket wasn't too expensive in the first place, you get what you pay for I guess, however it appears that this isn't the only company based in China that is operating this strategy, so buyer beware, should you want to return items to companies based in China.
