Evenly weighted, large size
These basting/serving spoons are very nicely weighted and feel good in your hand. I am not a chef, so I can only speak to how I use them, which is as serving spoons. They are a nice upgrade from the serving spoons that are part of my everyday silverware collection, as they are quite a bit heftier and seem like they are a high-quality stainless-steel item. The go through the dishwasher just fine and look like new. The length of the handles is just right as well.
