Blackhawk CQC Serpa Sportster Paddle Holster - S&W Shield 45 I was really pleased with this holster when my S&W SHIELD 45 seemed to fit perfectly. I decided to load the weapon with the safety on to carry around my home to see how it feels. I discovered by common movement that the magazine when loaded will disengage from the gun. The packaging from BLACKHAWK states that this holster is for a sig sauer p229/228. Upon inspection I saw that the top of the holster barely touches the bottom of the mag release of the SHIELD 45. i will try to modify this item rather than return it. In the q&a section the seller repeatedly states that this item fits the S&W SHIELD, but it clearly does not without modification. CORRECTION. After closer inspection I realized that this holster cannot be modified. This seller clearly placed a label maker tag on this item to make it appear to be made for this gun. This sellers false advertising could result in devastating repercussions. I have returned this product and am waiting confirmation
