Does no work with Android Pie
Would rate it higher as it works itself perfectly but the app does not work with android pie so the plus is now unusable. I will edit my review if they update the app but it's been months now with no response after reaching out to support.

No instructions required
I opened the box, plugged this device into a wall outlet and using software I have installed on my phone (eFamilyCloud, available from PlayStore) and selected ‘Add Device’ – ‘Socket’.• You are asked to make sure that the light is flashing on the socket,• Press and hold the button on/off until it does,• Confirm and let it connect, about 20 seconds• After this you enter your routers password and that’s it.Ok there is a QR on the box which will take you to a 50/50 English/ Chinese app. The unit itself is neat, well built with two USB charging ports all of which can be switched on/off from anywhere and using the software I have suggested one can, set a time for on /off, set a countdown timer or simply operate to your requirements. I have to say that charging via the USB ports is fast. A great all-purpose socket.I should add that at the time of this review I do not own an Alexa or Google Home and as such I am unable to give any how it will work with these systems although I can't foresee a problem.Oops, I was just disposing of the packaging and discovered the instruction leaflet.
