These work as well as more common drugstore brand products, come 30 to the pack (so you should have more than enough to get through each step), and are a great cost-saving alternative. The adhesion is good and they are a reasonable size, unlike some other generic brands that are extremely large and tend to leave red marks of irritation on the skin. I was a bit skeptical about these patches at first but with my ridiculous vaping habit I really needed to find a way to cut it out for good. These actually work well to control the cravings and last throughout the day for me. They resemble waterproof band aids and stick securely to the skin for the entire day. I've gotten them wet before as well not thinking about it and they remained in place which was satisfying to know as well. I did not have any issues with irritation or getting too much nicotine either and will continue to use these as I wean myself off my horrible vaping habit. After using these for a few months they really have made a difference and I've now been vape free for 2 months!

Product arrived quickly and was packaged well. The patches are in individual tearaway foil sleeves. They are easy to apply and seem to be effective. The corners tend to peel a tiny bit over the course of a day, but only very little. The price point on these is quite good compared to what you might find in a retail store. I had no issues with this product.

I have a couple issues with this product worth mentioning in this review. Firstly, the adhesive on the patches are rather weak. It reminds me of clear tape. The patches start to lift off the skin after an hour with the high potential of falling off and landing on the floor. Secondly, nowhere on this page or its marketing could I find anything about nicotine. 21mg of what? I'm not sure if it's an issue with amazon policy but it really needs to be clearly labeled. For all I knew, this was gonna be some all natural green tea or w/e alternative. I can confirm that once the box arrived, it clearly states nicotine patches on the front of the box. It does not on the site.

You simply peel off the clear strips and put the patch on.These patches are working out great for me. I hope they work out just as well for you!

I have been smoke free for 3 weeks now and have used these along with other supplements. I smoked for an extremely long time and these patches really helped the first few days.They seems to stick fairly well, without ripping your skin off upon removal.10/10 would recommend
