Honda Xr XLR Xl 200 250 350 400 500 600 Headlight Flash Red R119

I bought this headlight to replace the OEM one on my 1985 XR600R. While it's not 100% identical to the original it is over all great quality. There are a couple nitpicky things some might like to know in advance however.+Color is not identical to my 1985 but it is a nice red.+The red color is on the front only and the back is kind of a translucent white.+The rubber cap that goes over the back of the bulb waterproofing the assembly is cheap and doesn't fit very well. You'll want to use your original if you can. Much thicker and fits better than the rubber boot supplied with this one. While it's not a deal killer it is something to be aware of.+The lens and reflector assembly appear to be great quality and really are what I bought this headlight for. To gut and replace the reflector in my OEM housing.+Shipping may take a bit due to coming from over seas. Mine shipped from Israel and I felt very happy about that rather than being shipped from China. Always happy to support a friendly nation!!With all that said I would but this item again. Yes for application it's a bit of a pricey way to go about it but where else are you going to find a new reflector for a 30+ year old bike? If I needed a new headlight assembly is certainly use this and be happy. Early 80's Honda red orange is a tough color to match so the red red wouldn't bother me. Otherwise I'd have shopped the auction sites if I wanted old stuff that had the same potential issues as my original reflector.I hope this review helps someone and if you find it helpful please let Amazon know by clicking helpful.
