Built well. Lights are bright at night. The visor is perfect and helps with the sun. I wear glasses and with this I don't have to worry about sunglasses. Charges quickly. Easy to use all the functions. Great value

I bought this for my daughter to use with her new ebike. She loves it!! The Bluetooth feature is indispensable. She can hear everything around her but can also hear her GPS right in her helmet. I also love the safety aspects of the light on the back and lightweight face shield. It looks absolutely amazing on her and fits like a glove. My only complaint is with the face shield not wanting to stay in the up position after she had used it for a few days. That's not a huge deal for her because she uses it down anyway. This is an extremely high quality product that performed way beyond my expectations, even with the sun visor issue. I would totally recommend this to anyone who needs a good lightweight helmet with lots of tech.

The media could not be loaded. This helmet looks great. Although the small/medium is too small for my 7 1/4 inch head. By the measurements in the listing on the size chart, it actually could have went either way. So I would say this runs alittle small. So if you are closer to the next size up , then order the next size up. I didn't get a chance to try the Bluetooth headset prior to the review. I did order the next size up. I'll put the results in the next review. I do know that it's not easy to charge this one. The charging cable won't stay in the charge port. If the red charging light does not come on when you plug in the headphones. That port is actually on the headphones, not on the back of the helmet. They need to be charged separately. No visor on this helmet and no darkening lense. Bummer. One or the other would have been nice

The helmet is well-constructed and provides solid protection in a fall, but the lighting features could use improvement. During the day, you’ll need to cover the sensors to use the lights, as they won’t function otherwise. Black electrical tape cut to size does the trick. There are no indicators for battery status, even though it’s supposed to charge in about two hours show a green light with full charge that doesn’t happen with mine, but not a dealbreaker for me. LOL! The Bluetooth feature includes a red and blue light for charging, but the charging port is poorly designed, which raises concerns about its durability. The sound volume is also low—likely a design choice to maintain awareness of your surroundings—so I recommend opting for a neck speaker or open-ear headphones instead. I rated it three stars mainly due to the lighting issues, but it is comfortable, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing, even more so than some pricier helmets with removable visors. The ability to lift the visor while attached is a great bonus. I’m sure no one wants to carry around a visor in their back pocket.

This is a very good helmet. Made very similarly to motorcycle helmets but not as cumbersome. Very light with an appropriately snug fit while being surprisingly comfortable. The straps are well attached with reflective stitching and red safety clasp and fastens securely and easily. I really like the lighting. The white front lite is awesome for looking down at my speedo @ nite and the rear flashers with blinkers is really bright. I purchased the Bluetooth model and my only complaint is the actual usb c jack is so far recessed that most usb plugs I had wouldn't work. I had to "mod" it a little bit which wasn't a problem but it should be noted. The sound is fair but I don't really want imersive audio while riding. Having a visor is great. I'm loving it. Nice change from my Rock Brothers riding glasses. Overall I'm extremely pleased with it and recommend it for ebikers who like to zoom a little bit more than most. (edit 3/5) I love this helmet. I've been using it daily for over 4 months and it's great. Holds up to harsh weather well. The lights have a daylight sensor, nice. The audio is fine. I've come to appreciate the overall volume and sound while not drowning out traffic. Now if they only sold visors!

My helmet did not come with a remote as was advertised so I reached out to the manufacturer to get them to send one. They never did. They tried to tell me they don’t include a remote for this anymore. It has a gyroscopic feature, which may work for some people, but I have herniated discs in my neck and I can’t use that. I bought this because it had the remote advertised. Customer service is appalling. The sound quality also was not great. They need to do their due diligence and update their website or send a remote when asked. By the time I was finally able to reach customer service, the return window closed. I now have an expensive brick.

I received the Bluetooth version today. I was careful to size my head accurately and ended up getting the large helmet which turned out to be the correct size. It has a screw you turn to tighten up the inner part and this snugged it up nicely. The lights and gyro turn signal worked well.I tested the Bluetooth stereo headset by connecting it to my PC and playing a Youtube documentary and then some music. Other people had commented that the sound output was too low however I had no problem with it and the volume buttons worked fine. I suspect that ILM may have upgraded the sound system in response to complaints. This new version sounded good with adequate base, mid range and treble sound. The Bluetooth controls on the side also let you change songs without have to touch the phone.I really like the gyro turn signals which are very convenient for using the helmet with bike share ebikes.This helmet is a game-changer for me. Previously I was using a skateboard helmet which was stronger than the typical bike helmet but this one is much stronger than that. The visor's mechanism gives a solid click.The instructions are well written and thorough.Customer service is via email and fast. You can register and activate their lifetime warranty from their website.I honestly have nothing to say but praise for this helmet.

Der Helm hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Macht einen guten qualitativen Eindruck, das Visier reicht bis zur Nasenspitze und verursacht keinerlei Windgeräusche, er ist angenehm zu tragen und passt perfekt.

Don’t think I’ve got a particularly large head but this seems on the small side, I’d advise ordering a size bigger than you’d normally buy. Think it is more suited to a moped rather than an e bike

Sehr guter und vor allem stabiler Fahrradhelm, sitzt gut und lässt sich auch gut auf die passende Kopfgrösse einstellen. Das Frontlicht und auch das Rücklicht des Helmes ist sehr hell, ersetzt aber nicht die Lichtquellen des Fahrrades. Insgesammt ein sehr guter Helm, der gut passt und weiter empfohlen werden kann.
