I have a neurological condition that affects my lower limbs causing extremely cold feet. No socks or other slippers helped. Although these were a bit expensive for my budget, I needed to find something that worked. I am so glad I did! I'll begin with my only criticism: they run large. Now for the good stuff. They appear to be well constructed and with quality materials. They are a bit bulky but it doesn't bother me. They are comfortable, soft and have good cushioning on the footed. Even better, the heating elements surround your whole foot. There are 2 controllers that adjust temperature. Heating happens at the footed, back, top and toe areas. And it's easy to control. They really, really work! Make sure you fully charge the battery packs before using and to always wear socks. So glad that I bought them!

These are wonderful. I hate having cold feet and these solve this problem for me. The only thing that prevents me from giving a 5 star rating is the fact that one of the two batteries doesn't last nearly as long as the other and the included charging cable doesn't seem to work well. I have to use another USB-C cable to fully charge.

My husband who is always cold ordered these and absolutely loves them! Keeps his feet toasty warm.

Heats very well! However, takes an awful long time to recharge (over 8 hrs) otherwise would have given it 5 stars

UPDATE: STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND AND THE REFUND DATE KEEPS MOVING OUT. THERE IS CONFIRMATION OF THE RETURN AND RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT AND WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CREDIT. THIS IS THE ONLYL PRODUCT/COMPANY (BIAL) WHERE THERE HAS BEEN AN ISSUE WITH THE REFUND. The batteries lasted a couple of days and would not take a charge.UPDATE: BiAL CONTACTED ME AFTER I REVIEWED THE SHOES AND RETURNED THEM TO AMAZON. THEY OFFERED NEW SHOES IF I WOULD GIVE THEM MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHICH I DID. THEY THEN EMAILED GIVING ME DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS REQUIRING ME TO SHIP THEM THE SHOES DIRECTLY EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW I HAD ALREADY SHIPPED THE SHOES BACK TO AMAZON. THIS PREDICAMENT HAS ROCKED ON FOR TWO WEEKS AND STILL NOT RESOLVED. I TOLD BiAL TO CANCEL THE REPLACEMENTS AND I AM REQUESTING A REFUND. AMAZON SHOWS WHERE THEY RECEIVED THE RETURN BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND. I'M NOT SURE I HAVE EVER HAD WORSE CUSTOMER THAN I RECEIVED FROM BiAL.
