I liked them. I feel they would be tasty sliced up on a salad. However as far as tasting like a artichoke I did not get that taste of an artichoke. If they are healthy for you then I would definitely recommend anything that is healthy. I would buy them again

Love it!
I often eat salads and include heart of palm in each one. Our local grocery store ran of them, so I decided to try this one. I am quite satisfied.

The hearts of palm were mushy, fell apart too easily, and were average or below average taste. I do not recommend this product.
