The bands are the lengths that are specified. I got the set of three purple, black, and red. Pretty happy with the purchase. They seem like they should last. Came with a small bag to carry them. They were rolled up with what looks like scraps of the latex that are really thin. I'll keep rolling them up with that until the small scraps break. Also they are very generic. Came in a small box with some foreign language no papers or anything. Surprised at the quality though. Only imperfection is some of the shininess on the outside is missing. The inside of the bands aren't shiny. Overall look forward to using them for stretching/assisted pullups.

I use these daily and they hold up very well. I use them for resisted push-ups, band pull aparts, biceps curls, tricep extensions and more. Great product great price.
