I love this beautiful umbrella with its rich color . (I chose the wine.) The lights are absolutely gorgeous when turned on at night. The solar panel makes things so easy, with no cord to plug into an outlet. The solar panel is small and doesn't draw attention up top. The ribs are attractive and sturdy, The crank works nicely. The umbrella arrived on time, in great condition and is a good value for the price.Drawbacks (lets be real here, nothing is perfect, right?):-This arrived with no instructions, although it was still simple to put together.-The extremely tiny Indicator lights and text under them to that tell you if the umbrella lights are either charging or turned on are difficult to see.-The fabric is the texture of a tent.

I have an issue, the lights stopped working. I have 2 of these and took the solar panel off switched and lights still didn't work. I took apart the switch panel and everything looked normal when I put it back on the lights would come on after turning them on and off back on they came on and then went off. I think it's in the switch. Can that be replaced? I only used this at the end of last year and its not working now. I feel I paid too much money to not work any longer than it has also wondering if the other one will stop. This is a nice umbrella just want the lights to work. Please advise on this matter.

Umbrella is sturdy and lights up beautifully; but burgundy fabric faded within 3 months of use.

This umbrella is beautiful, sturdy and I love the solar lights! For the people who posted that the solar light was missing, it was very hard to find. I ripped the box apart and it was packed between two pieces of styrofoam. You can’t see it because the box is so long and dark and it doesn’t slide out when you tip and shake the box. You literally have to tear the box down to get to it. True, there were no instructions, but it was extremely simple to attach the solar battery. I hope this helps other buyers because initially, I thought my solar pack was missing too.

I bought this umbrella for the deck. It started ok although it did not feel very sturdy. It was resistive when cranking it up. I have had it a couple weeks now and when bringing the umbrella back to upright position after adjusting it to block some sunlight, it would not stay up. Very disappointed as I had people over at the time.

We love the umbrella but the solar panel piece for the top was missing . Anyone else have this issue or know where I can get one ?

I’m giving this product 1 star because there isn’t a lower number. I have received this twice. The first time I returned it because the lights did not work. I returned it and got a new one within a few days.I then used the new one for about 4 weeks and the light AGAIN don’t work. And of course I just missed my return window!!!I can’t think of anything worst than getting this product because I liked the lights only to not work which is why I bought the umbrella to begin with!!

I liked the price. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!!! I noticed the other day the top has faded really bad. Very unhappy about that. Only have had it up for 2 months😒. My last one I had for over 10 years.
