The best Konjac noodles I've tried.
I've been cutting carbs here and there - I'm not going full blown "keto" but I'm making the least painful and deliberate cutbacks possible in my overall carb intake. Konjac noodles are sold in different shapes and under many different brands ("Miracle Noodle" is probably the most famous one) but some brands are clearly better than others and I've tried a number of them. By necessity to avoid certain disappointment you must adjust your expectations and realize these noodles represent a major trade off - your gains here are next to zero carbohydrates and ultra low calories, allowing you to enjoy dishes like spaghetti and Asian stir fry without any carb guilt. HOWEVER (and this is a big "however) the sacrifice is that these noodles neither look, taste or quite "behave" like any conventional noodles you've ever tried before.So...if you are going to try low carb noodles, it helps to get the best ones available. These are among the very best. They do not have an odor (can't say that for many of them!) and they're ultra convenient as well, the way they're individually packed in single serving sized portions. Once you've chosen your noodle shape, preparing them properly so they are palatable is paramount in importance. So I will tell you exactly how I make them for stir fry so they're as good as they can possibly be.Prepare your stir fry toppings - while that's going on, then remove one packet of noodles put the noodle contents into a colander, and run cold water over the uncooked noodles for a minute or two. Heat up a non stick frypan - do NOT add any oil. Transfer the rinsed noodles from the colander to the hot frypan and let them sizzle for a minute or two, stir them around, and continue to flip and stir them periodically for about six minutes. During the last minute you must season these noodles - these noodles have ZERO flavor and this step is an absolute must. I like to season mine with black pepper, black sesame seeds, garlic powder and sometimes, a little chicken or beef flavor "Herb Ox" granulated low sodium soup mix. You can try and experiment with other types of seasonings - those are just the ones I prefer. Transfer the cooked noodles to a plate or bowl and top with the cooked stir fry veggies and meat. These noodles (or "noodles") have a bit of a chewy consistency, but if you prepare them as I described you'll probably find they're just "good enough."So five stars for these amazing, ultra low carb noodles - a dieter's friend. Enjoy and good luck on your Konjac noodle adventures!

Typical shirataki noodle rubbery quirks but still great to have on-hand!
Great but not a new favorite or anything- I love the fettuccine shape but it's still not without the typical slippery crunchy rubbery texture but I expected that so it's still not too bad! Just nothing new for me. Easy packs, nice amount, super happy! Amazing health-wise, can't beat konjac noodles!

Excellent low carb noodle
Up front, this is a great option for cutting carbs. Good texture and taste. I used these mainly for curry and asian-style cooking and flavors. It paired well with a peanut sauce as well as a replacement for rice in a stir fry.

Coconut powder
Made my own coconut milk. Well sorta. The coconut powder is great for when you need some coconut milk. I used them to cook a dish that normally calls for milk but instead I tried this powder form. You mix some water with the powder and you get coconut milk. Can be used as coffee creamer as well. Tasted pretty good and like coconut milk.

Great konjac noodles
Konjac noodles are great, and these are no exception. These are a fettuccine style and they resemble actual pasta a lot better than some konjac noodles. They have a good chew and they don’t have as much of that weird konjac noodle smell that I sometimes notice with other brands. I like that they’re in 1-serving packets for was of preparation. I usually eat them at lunch so these are handy to put in my lunch bag and prepare at work.

Organic noodles
These are organic. I like that they are low carbs and calories. There are single packages that make them easy to use. They don’t have a great taste alone but they do take on the flavor of the sauce you prepare. They have a nice texture and bite. These are a good alternative for pasta if you’re trying to eat healthier.

Excellent choice if you are trying to reduce
I like this bigger Fettuccine type Konjac noodle. It gives low calorie more substantial feel. The size makes the density a bit more chew-challenging but it also makes it more satisfyingly filling and "rib sticking".Konjac doesn't have much flavor so you'll want incorporate it in early in the cooking of your sauce, stirfry, etc. for it to absorb the most flavor (it doesn't overcook like pasta, longer time will just let it absorb more flavor). I made a ramen-ish soup using some shrimp bullion, fish sauce and herbs/seasonings (of course spicy heat) and it was quite enjoyable and the large bowl was roughly 25 calories and left me feeling quite full for many hours.
