Great piece for my uses at a reasonable price. price.
I bought this to set and check shop tools for square. It's square, sturdy, reasonable $, and small enough for my miter saws, jointers, drill presses, table saw, etc. I like that it's thick and heavy enough to stand on it's edge.

Very accurate, has no shoulder
This angle is very accurate with its critical dimensions. its more accurate than i can measure with other tools i have. the sides are parallel and the angle is 90 degrees as exactly as i can measure. the only down side to this angle is that it has no shoulder. it is a lot cheaper than a machinist square that has a shoulder though, so you get what you pay for. also, the inside corner is cut fairly sloppy. its not a critical cut so it doesn't matter, but it looks a bit ugly. it looks like the end mill used to cut the inside corner jumped or something and there is a huge divot. It also comes in a very nice wooden box that is festooned with far too many stickers. there were no less than 4 stickers layered on top of eachother with painter tape covering them all. removing the painter tape to open the box meant destroying all the stickers immediately, leaving a mess of sticky residue. it took a few minutes of cleaning and sanding to fix that. there are no markings on the box itself, so you may find yourself wondering what the heck that little wooden box is in the future

The blue tape is a good thing from Taylor Toolworks
When it arrived the box had a piece of blue painter's tape holding it shut. Since the tape looked like it was cut and placed by hand, I thought that iI had received a used item. This made me extra suspicious of the square itself, because who would ever return a square, unless it was out of square? I contacted Taylor Toolworks, and their quick response was that they place the tape on there themselves, to make sure the square doesn't fall out during shipping. After knowing that, I reconsidered the tiny surface scratches that I was complaining about not as a sign that the tool was worn, but as just normal wear from sliding around in the box during transit. As for the square itself, it's solid. If it were out of square, I would have no way of knowing it, because if it's even close to the DIN 875/0 standard, it's the flattest thing in my shop. All in all, this is a serious reference square for under 20 bucks, so I'll be using it as the benchmark to check all my other squares against.

Wow, Expectations Thoroughly Exceeded!
I bought these for use at home around the Mill and lathe. Figured DIN875/0 was good enough and I was expecting it to maybe be a few tenths or so over the stated tolerance. Let me tell you these exceed DIN875/00 specifications! Using a master block confirmed square under 0.00005" in a calibration lab, I squared the... ahem... square to it. With my 0.0005" indicator, I got no discernable movement along the length of the reference surfaces showing 0 along it's length. To verify I swapped to a 0.00005" indicator, which picks up the wind blowing... But could only get 0.0001" of movement, easily due to the nature of my setup. Not only are both inside and outside references square, but using the inside base and inspecting the outside face was just as good. Both legs are parallel to themselves within 0.0001 and even laying on it's side the thickness of the tool is parallel within 0.003" which is not even necessary.Aside from layout details the edges/corners are broken with no Nicks or gouges, surfaces are nicely ground and the company etching is aesthetically pleasing. The box it comes in is made to fit perfectly too! This is an absolute bargain and well worth the price. TAYTOOLS will become a big name if they can keep these prices with this level of quality!

It is very accurate square
I use it to verify my tools and woodworking machines are set to a true square

Good tool, not stainless
The product is unlikely to be stainless steel like description claims it is. It is magnetic and came with a bit of rust. Otherwise it's good for the price.

Magnetic and Accurate
I like that it’s made of stainless steel, won’t rust, and it’s a magnetic type of stainless steel. The product description didn’t mention whether or not it was magnetic stainless steel, I had my fingers crossed I could stick magnets to it, and I can. The accuracy I expected.

Perfectly Square
First thing was clean the edges and set this into a calibrated square. No daylight anywhere. Set the calibrated square inside this one. No daylight anywhere. Perfectly square. This will rust so keep it coated using a tissue wetted with oil. Bargain for an accurate square.
