More difficult to use than expected
I have a serious hip and back issue and so my hips and my back are weak and I struggle to use this more than a minute and 13 seconds. It does work you out really well. It's easy to use, but I can't do it very long because I don't have the stamina because of my weak hips and my bulge discs in my back. I would purchase this again because it does a great job at working out my body. It is durable. My husband is about 240 lb and I'm about 215 lbs and this works great for the both of us. It is fairly lightweight and easy to move around. It is very sturdy I've been using this for the past 2 months and have noticed a difference in stamina within a short period of time

Don’t buy it for rehab
If you are buying it for any type of knee rehabilitation then please don’t bother. It’s too stiff for what you need. I’m 6,1 and 85kg male. I have low grade partial acl tear otherwise pretty fit. I bought it for rehab because my pt said it’s less stressful for feet than walking. The overall build quality is ok. But just like others been saying here, the adjustable knob doesn’t really do anything. It’s painful to use even on the lowest settings, and hardly do anything for firing up your target muscles but just beared tons of force onto your knees and related tendons. Don’t buy it for rehab, if you are super strong on legs then you don’t need it anyways.

Easy setup and good workout
I use this while working from home - I take breaks throughout the day and use this for a few minutes or so. It was easy to set up, super light and works well for what I bought it for - a bit of movement throughout the day without having to go outside for a walk (I live in FL and it's too hot out there most of the time!). I like that it has wheels on one end of the bottom, so it can be moved around super easy. Also, I saw some steppers without the handles that are a little cheaper but I like that it has the handles to keep my balance better. But you don't have to hold them if you don't want to and it still works the same. I'm glad I purchased it and the price wasn't too bad either.

Phew!
I read the reviews on this product and was excited to try it out. Set up isn’t difficult & I was able to start right away. The first time I used it I was only able to do three minutes on the lowest setting before I had to sit down. Clearly, this body is out of shape. But, now after using it daily I’m up to 20 minutes and can really feel the burn in my legs. I love the handles for stability and pulse monitoring. Great purchase.

EZ to setup, EZ to use, Tech support states "not available" after 20 minutes on hold.
I'd give them 5 Stars if their toll-free number actually answered - but 20 minutest at "you are customer #2" in the middle of the day message repeating for 20 minutes then "there is no one at extension ###" took service down to 0.The Good Stuff: On the other hand - this truly was easy to setup. It's simple to use - and (at least on the 1st day toady) gives a good 'stair climbing' (sort of) work out. We are satisfied with our purchase.
