Have been using this for over a year. I think it is excellent quality without a bunch of additives and it is also a capsule and not a tablet which is another plus for me as bioflavanoid tablets are rather large and hard to swallow.

I started taking this because I read it would help with tinnitus. I was skeptical, but there's no treatment or cure for tinnitus, so it was worth a try. After about half a bottle, I noticed the pounding in my ear seemed softer. I've nearly finished the first bottle now, and I realize I haven't heard anything for a while. I'm not sure when the noise stopped, but it did. I don't know if the quiet will continue, but I'm optimistic. I will definitely keep taking it.

I have done extensive research into skin bruising and read a study that adding this to your regimen would help get rid of unknown bruising that I get (similar to purpura). I tried many brands of bioflavonoids and most of them contain traces of too much solvents from the extraction process.This is the purest one I could find and the only one that doesn't test harmful to me using kinesiology.
