I used it on cojita cheese for elote for a pink themed party. That particular cheese is dry and crumbly. A few drops went a long way and it didn't alter the taste or texture at all. The color is the perfect pink. It isn't orangey. Good purchase.

I have been feeding hummingbirds for years. They're attracted to vibrant reds. I've always added red food coloring to my sugar/water mix.I like this bottle for a few reasons:#1 its big and will last me probably 2 years.#2 it has a cap that lets me squeeze out drops without making a mess.I've used others that didn't have a small opening in the cap, and they were a pain to pour.I haven't tried this on any food products.

So, this was a cake that was supposed to be black, for a red and black layer that matched school colors. It was pretty dark, but my nonstick mix likely compromised it. I’m sure the inside is much darker. I’m still satisfied!

Good color

I bought this to color some Easter eggs. IT DOES NOT STAY ON THE EGG! Maybe good for cooking, but definitely NOT to color eggs. What a waste.

I add red dye to my hummingbird feeders to better attract the hummers. It seems to work. This dye takes a few more drops than McCormick to reach the same color saturation, but that is not a problem with me. so far, I am very pleased with this purchase!

All colours I’ve bought have been great. Don’t need much to make vibrant and beautiful. Great products!

When using white you need a lot so this is a great quantity!
